摘要
针对冶金行业棒材生产线的特点进行了分析,采用国产HCE880变频器进行工程实践,同时对工程实践进行总结。实践表明,采用国产低压变频器HCE880能够完全满足棒线材轧机工艺设备对传动系统的要求,达到替代进口品牌的效果。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the bar production line in the metallurgical industry,the domestic HCE880 frequency converter is used in the engineering practice,and the engineering practice is summarized.The practice shows that HCE880,a domestic low-voltage inverter,can fully meet the requirements of the transmission system of the rod and wire rolling mill process equipment and achieve the effect of replacing the imported brand.
