摘要
精神异常类强制隔离戒毒人员暴力攻击行为的良好防范与应对,是维护强制隔离戒毒所安全稳定不可或缺的组成部分。基于各种因素影响,目前其相关工作中尚存在一些问题,如预防不到位、暴力终止不规范、后期干预不全面、相关配套机制不健全等。要通过及时做好行为先兆识别和风险评估、充分干预暴力行为发生前的种种“症状”、有效终止暴力攻击行为、对暴力行为发生后进行全面干预及健全相关配套机制等来解决。
Effective prevention and response against violent attacks committed by compulsorily isolated drug addicts with mental disorders is an indispensable work for maintaining the security and stability of the drug rehabilitation facilities.Due to various factors,there are still some problems in the work,such as insufficient prevention,illicit means of violence termination,incomplete aftermath intervention,and imperfect supporting mechanisms.These problems can be solved by timely identification of behavioral precursors and risk assessment,complete intervention against the"symptoms"of violent behaviors,effective termination measures of violent attacks,comprehensive intervention after violent behaviors,and effective improvement of related supporting mechanisms.
