摘要
便捷入警机制的实施,不仅改变了司法警官院校涉警专业人才培养方略,而且对涉警专业的实践教学提出了更高的要求。在系统分析原有教学实习管理理念滞后、管理体制薄弱、运行机制缺位等问题的基础上,阐述了明确实习目标、完善实习管理体制、建立相关运行机制以及确立以统为主、统分结合的实习组织形式等总体设想,并提出警察类教学实习准备、实习实施和实习总结评价三个阶段的运作方案,希望能对司法警官院校完善教学实习组织管理、推进教学实习“脱虚向实”有所帮助。
The implementation of convenient police enrollment mechanism has not only altered the talent cultivation strategy of policing majors at judicial police academies,but also put forward higher requirements for their practical teaching.Based upon a systematic analysis of the outdated internship management system,the fragile management framework and the deficient operating mechanism,the authors put forward the overall design of making definite the internship objectives,improving the internship management frame-work,adopting the related operating mechanism,and establishing the internship organization on the basis of integration with distribution as a subsidiary.Besides,an operation scheme has been proposed in this paper for the preparation,implementation and summarization of the internship for the policing majors,hoping it can be of some help for judicial police academies to strengthen their internship management and make the internship pragmatic and efficient.
