摘要
目的:调查刑满释放人员家庭融入困难与重新犯罪的关系,研发适用于即将刑满释放人员的家庭融入矫正项目。方法:(1)采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)和犯罪态度与法律情感问卷对230名重新犯罪人员进行测评。(2)根据循证实践原则,选取经过实践证明有效的家庭系统治疗、正念疗法和房树人艺术疗法等矫正技术,并在监狱服刑罪犯中开展项目实践。结果:家庭功能问题与犯罪倾向显著相关。家庭融入项目的实施,促进服刑人员对家庭功能缺陷的反思和家庭融入能力的提升。结论:无法获得家庭有效的接纳和支持是重新犯罪的重要原因。根据循证矫正的原则研发家庭融入矫正项目,能更好发挥家庭在预防重新犯罪中的重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between family integration difficulties and reoffending of released persons,and develop family integration correction projects applicable to those about to be released from prison.Method:(1)230 reoffenders were evaluated using the Family Function Rating Scale(FAD)and the Crime Attitude and Legal Affection Questionnaire.(2)According to the principle of evidence-based practice,correctional techniques such as family systematic therapy,mindfulness therapy and House-Tree-Person art therapy that have proved effective in practice are selected and implemented in prison prisoners.Result:Family functional issues are significantly correlated with criminal tendencies.The implementation of the family integration project promotes prisoners'reflection on family dysfunction and the improvement of family integration ability.Conclusion:Lack of effective family acceptance and support is an important reason for reoffending.According to the principle of evidence-based correction,the development of family integration correction project can better play the important role of family in preventing reoffending.
