摘要
实现老年群体的自我价值和社会价值是实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的重要举措,有助于实现老年个体自由而全面的发展,有益于家庭和谐与社会稳定。文章以广东省珠三角地区高知老年人为研究对象,运用问卷调查和半结构式访谈,围绕生命意义和价值、老年人劳动力市场开发和养老服务需求三个方面,剖析高知老年群体的价值发挥困境,并从顶层设计、信息系统平台建设、舆论宣传、服务形式和内容、老年教育数字化和教育质量以及智慧城市养老服务模式六个方面,提出有助于破解高知老年群体价值发挥难题的对策和建议。
Realizing the self-worth and social value of the elderly population is an important measure in implementing proactive strategies to address population aging.It contributes to the comprehensive and independent development of elderly individuals and promotes family harmony and social stability.The article focuses on the highly educated elderly population in the Pearl River Delta Region of Guangdong Province as the research subjects.By using questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews,it analyzes the value realization dilemma faced by this group in terms of life meaning and value,the development of the elderly labor market,and the demand for elderly care services.It proposes countermeasures and suggestions to address the challenges of value realization for the highly educated elderly population from six aspects:top-level design,information system platform construction,public opinion propaganda,service forms and content,digitization and quality of elderly education,and the smart city elderly care service model.
