摘要
钢管柱是逆作结构的主要承重构件,钢管柱施工质量直接决定着逆作地下室的施工工期,尤其是对于地质条件复杂且场地空间狭小的一桩一柱施工,钢管柱垂直度控制是一大难点,通过采用钢护筒+支撑肋作为钢管柱的调垂系统,调垂效果良好,达到国内先进水平,且成本低、操作简便。
The steel pipe column is the main load-bearing member of the structures by reverse construction method.The construction quality of the steel pipe column directly determines the construction period of the reverse basement.Especially for the one-pillar construction with complicated geological conditions and narrow space,the verticality control of the steel pipe column is a major difficulty.Through the use of steel casing and support ribs as the pipe fitting system of the steel pipe column,the drooping effect is good,and which can reach the domestic advanced level,and the cost is low and the operation is simple.
