摘要
年代久远的房屋由于各种条件的影响,强度逐年下降,到了一定的年限需要通过实体检测和危房鉴定来鉴别房屋是否还符合安全性的要求。通过实例简述了PKPM结构计算软件在房屋实体检测及危房鉴定中的应用。
Due to the influence of various conditions,the strength of the houses with a long history decreases year by year.To a certain age,it is necessary to identify whether the houses still meet the safety requirements through physical testing and identification of dangerous houses.The application of PKPM structure calculation software in house entity detection and dangerous house appraisal is briefly described by an example.
