摘要
以哈尔滨地铁三号线征仪路站为工程背景,提出了一种新型钢管混凝土门式起重机轨道梁立柱体系,并对门式起重机基础的设计和施工开展了研究。对于设计阶段,利用Midas Civil建立门式起重机基础的有限元模型,分析其受力情况;对于施工阶段,提出了门式起重机基础的结构形式和相应的施工方法。结果表明,本文提出的门式起重机基础的内力均满足规范要求。同时,门式起重机基础可直接安装在冠梁上部,不仅无需挡土墙外扩,且保证了门式起重机的高度,降低了施工风险和成本。
This paper takes the Harbin Metro Line 3 Zhengyi Road Station as the engineering background,proposes a new type of concrete filled steel tubular gantry crane track beam column system,and conducts research on the design and construction of the gantry crane foundation.For the design stage,Midas Civil was used to establish the finite element model of the gantry crane foundation and analyze its stress conditions.For the construction stage,the structural form of the gantry crane foundation and the corresponding construction methods were proposed.The results show that the internal forces of the gantry crane foundation proposed in this paper all meet the requirements of the specification.At the same time,the gantry crane foundation is directly installed on the upper part of the crown beam,which not only doess not require the expansion of the retaining wall,but also ensures the height of the gantry crane,reducing construction risks and costs.
