阳城隧道复杂地质方案设计与技术经济研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对浩吉铁路阳城隧道古冲沟段落开挖揭示的复杂地质(VI级围岩)情况,开展超前帷幕注浆、水平旋喷桩和超前深孔真空降水等专项方案施工图设计,提高措施项目设计水平,保证施工质量安全,施工过程中同步开展专项方案技术经济研究。采用现场实测和统计分析方法对该隧道特殊围岩开挖工法措施费用进行研究,通过测定和分析,总结隧道特殊围岩措施费用研究方法范例。通过开展过程研究,确保方案合理、费用真实,避免采用传统套用定额编制费用方法确定复杂特殊围岩施工费用过低或采用事后审核费用不实问题。 In view of the complicated geology(class VI surrounding rock)revealed by the excavation of the ancient gully section of the yangcheng tunnel of haoji railway,the construction drawing design of the special scheme such as advanced curtain grouting,horizontal rotary jet pile and advanced vacuum precipitation was carried out to improve the design specifications of the project.The technical and economic research of the special scheme was carried out simultaneously in the construction process.Based on field measurement and statistical analysis,this paper studies the cost of excavation method for special surrounding rock of the tunnel.Through the implementation of the process of research,to ensure that the program is reasonable and economic,the cost is true,to avoid the use of the traditional application of quota system cost method to determine the special surrounding rock construction method change cost is too low or the use of post-audit cost is not real.
