摘要
以MySE3.0-145/130风力发电机组安装为案例,总结半直驱大仰角风机齿轮箱与风轮快速对接的施工技术。首先介绍原厂家推荐方案及其存在的问题,然后根据风机叶片空间质量分布及风荷力学原理,优化调整对接技术,最后通过实践应用,证明新对接方案的技术可行性和合理性,缩短对接时间,提高吊装作业安全。该施工技术适用于风电的安装及拆除工程,尤其适用于风况恶劣的海上风电的安装和拆除工程。
Taking the installation of MySE3.0-145/130 WTGS as an example,the construction technique of fast docking between the gearbox of multibrid technology WTGS with big elevation and the wind rotor is summarized.Firstly,it introduces the original manufacturer’s recommendation scheme and existing problems,then,according to the spatial mass distribution of the blade and the principle of wind load mechanics,the docking technique is optimized and adjusted,finally,through practical application,the technical feasibility and rationality of the new docking scheme are proved,which shortens the docking time and improves the safety of hoisting operation.The construction technique is suitable for the installation and dismantling of wind power,especially for the installation and dismantling of offshore wind power in bad wind conditions.
