摘要
为满足栅格舵系统的搭载需求,给出了一种搭载栅格舵的级间段结构形式。栅格舵安装在级间段外表面,4处栅格舵舵轴需要穿透舱体,将级间段在4处栅格舵安装位置处各打断1根大梁和2根桁条。为了对舱体进行补强、提供舵轴及伺服机构安装接口和力学接口,在4处栅格舵安装位置处设置了留有舵轴安装内孔的壁板,在下方设置接头,用于扩散由栅格舵引起的集中力,提高级间段结构的局部承载能力。对级间段结构进行力学仿真分析,并开展静力试验进行验证,试验与仿真分析结果具有较好的一致性。
An interstage structure for loading grid rudder is given so that the loading requirements of the grid rudder system can be satisfied. The grid rudder is installed on the outer surface of the interstage structure,four grid rudder axles penetrate the cabin,and a girder and two stringers at each of the four grid rudder installation positions are broken. In order to reinforce the cabin and provide the installation interface and mechanic interface of the rudder axle and servo-mechanist,wallboard with rudder axle installation hole is set at the four grid rudder installation positions,and the interface is set below,so that the concentrated force caused by grid rudder can be diffused and the local bearing capacity of the interstage structure can be improved. The mechanical properties of the interstage structure are analyzed by simulation,and static tests are carried out for verification. The results of the tests and simulation agree well with each other.
