摘要
以椰壳活性炭(YAC)、果壳活性炭(GAC)和咖啡渣活性炭(KAC)为吸附剂,探究pH、活性炭投加量、初始浓度、吸附时间和吸附温度等吸附条件对含Pb(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)重金属废水吸附效果的影响。结果表明:随着pH的增加,三种活性炭对重金属的吸附量在不断增加,当pH=5时,吸附量最高;YAC、GAC、KAC达到吸附饱和的时间分别为8h、8h、10h,三种活性炭对Pb(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附强弱为KAC>YAC>GAC,对重金属的吸附能力Pb(Ⅱ)>Ni(Ⅱ);在实验条件下,当活性炭投加量为0.100g时,吸附能力达到饱和;温度因素对活性炭吸附效果影响较小;三种活性炭对重金属Pb(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)的吸附过程更符合准二级反应动力学模型,Langmuir可以较好地描述YAC和KAC吸附过程,GAC吸附过程更符合Freundlich模型。
The effects of adsorption conditions such as pH,activated carbon dosage,initial concentration,adsorption time and adsorption temperature on the adsorption of wastewater containing Pb(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)heavy metals were studied using coconut shell activated carbon(YAC),fruit shell activated carbon(GAC)and coffee grounds activated carbon(KAC)as adsorbents.The results indicate that:with increasing pH,the adsorption of the three activated carbons on waste water containing heavy metals is increasing,with the highest adsorption occurring at pH=5;YAC and GAC reaches adsorption saturation after 8 h,while KAC reaches adsorption saturation after 10 h.The adsorption strength of the three activated carbons for Pb(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)is KAC>YAC>GAC,and the adsorption capacity for heavy metals is Pb(Ⅱ)>Ni(Ⅱ);When the dosage of activated carbon is 0.100g,the adsorption capacity reaches saturation.Temperature has less influence on the adsorption effect of activated carbon.The adsorption process of the three activated carbons for the heavy metals Pb(Ⅱ)and Ni(Ⅱ)all fit well with the Quasi-second order dynamics model.The results of isothermal experiments showed that Langmuir model can better describe the adsorption process of YAC and KAC,and the isothermal adsorption of GAC conformed to the Freundlich model.
