摘要
特教学校大多安排学生在校午睡,但很多ASD儿童存在不同程度的睡眠障碍,不仅影响其他学生的睡眠质量,也影响自身的情绪行为。笔者通过ABC行为记录法,综合运用前事控制策略、区别性强化和消退等方法对一名ASD儿童的午睡问题行为进行干预,经过5个月的时间,有效改善了个案的午睡问题行为,提高了其在学校的生活质量。
Most special education schools arrange students to take naps at school,but many ASD children have different degrees of sleep problems,which not only affect the sleep quality of other students,but also affect their own emotional behavior.The author intervened in the napping problem behavior of an ASD child through ABC behavior recording method,comprehensive use of previous control strategy,differential reinforcement and regression methods.After five months,the case’s napping problem behavior was effectively improved and its quality of life in school was improved.
