摘要
本文报道156例腕管综合征,男与女之比为1∶4,年龄40~60岁占68%。97例腕部摄片有骨质肥大性改变。如患者出现1~3指麻木、麻醒史、腕部Tinel氏征阳性有诊断意义。先行醋酸氢化可的松(HCA)腕管内注射治疗,以6次一疗程为佳,复发率少。本组治愈好转率为87.8%。对长期保守治疗无效,肌萎明显X摄片骨质有明显改变,或症状剧烈急需缓解根治者,采用手术治疗有一定效果。
One hundred fifty-six cases of carpal tunnel syndrome were treated from April 1964 to April 1984.Paresthesia in 1—3 fingers,awakening from sleep with numb fingers,some special tests(including Tinel test,tourniquet test,wrist flexion test)and EMG were helpful to establish the diagnosis,Follow-up study revealed that hydrocortisone acctate local injection.(6 times in a course)ustually gave satisfactory results.Operative indications were thenar atrophy(++),failure in conservative treatment and intractable pain.The operative results were satisfactory when the carpal ligament was divided.
