摘要
利用时域、频域分析,对4例主动脉瓣狭窄(AS),22例梗阻性肥厚型心肌病(IHSS),3例原发性肺动脉扩张(PPD),17例肺动脉瓣狭窄(PS)等各种原因所致的喷射性收缩期杂音(SM)进行了分析。分析参数包括振动阻尼系数(D),系统特征多项式根的分布,模型残差(σ~2)及频域其他特征。AS所致SM的D为0.46±0.13,IHSS为0.47±0.29,PPD为0.21±0.04;σ~2依次为0.47±0.11,0.75±0.36,0.28±0.07;不同SM的功率谱特征亦有差别。利用SM时域、频域特征的差别,有助于将它们相互区别开来。
The time domain and frequency domain characteristics of ejection systolic murmurs(SM)were studied in 4 patients with aortic stenosis(AS),22 with obstruction hypertrophic myocardiopathy(IHSS),3 with primary pulmonary dilatation(PPD),17 with pulmonary stenosis(PS)and 24 with functional SM in pulmonary area.The parameters of various ejection SM were as follows:damping coefficient of SM of AS was 0.46±0.13,IHSS 0.47±0.29,PPD 0.21±0.04 and residual 0.47±0.11,0.75±0.56 and 0.28±0.07 accordingly.The position of the first peak of spectrum of PSMP was 129.96±60.57,SM of PS 175.12±59.02 and PPD 145.67±12.17.These differences of parameters among various ejection SM are helpful in differentiating one from another.
