摘要
本文报道1971~1986年我院对非急性大出血的宫外孕用天花粉保守治疗共71例。有61例避免了手术,有效率为85.9%。随访46例,有生育功能而未避孕者23例,其中19例受孕,受孕率82.6%,宫内妊娠14例(60.9%),再次宫外孕5例(21.7%)。未发现有盆腔炎、月经失调及其他异常情况。
Seventy-one cases of ectopic pregnancy unruptured or tubal abortion were treatedwith Trichofanthin during 1971-1986.Only 10 patients were finally operated on,the suc-cessful rate of conservative treatment with Trichosanthin in ectopic pregnancy was85.9%.The follow-up study showed that the rate of pregnancy was 82.6%includingintrauterine pregnancy 60.9%and repeated ectopic pregnancy.21.7%There were nocomplications such as pelvic inflammation and menstrual disturbance,etc.
