摘要
马克思在《黑格尔法哲学批判》中对黑格尔王权理论的批判,不是通过文献学研究可以轻易消除的错位交锋,而是一个具有深刻分歧的政治根本性问题。马克思对黑格尔“逻辑泛神论”和逻辑推论跳步的指控是实质性且有效的批判。雅克、图尼克等当代黑格尔解读者从“历史发展合理性”和“非基础主义”角度为黑格尔王权理论提出修正性的辩护,他们试图捍卫黑格尔式君主宪政的理性基础。然而,在布鲁克斯的揭示下,黑格尔式君主必然蕴含着较高程度的识别理性必要性能力,即便经过辩护的黑格尔王权论证仍然无法逃离马克思对黑格尔式君主“偶然性”的批判视域。
Marx's criticism of Hegel's theory of Monarch in his Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right is not a dispositional conflict that can be easily eliminated through philology study,but a fundamental political issue with profound disagreement.Marx's accusation of Hegel's logical pantheism and the leap of logical inference is Marx's substantial and effective criticism;Yack,Tunick and other contemporary Hegelian interpreters provide a revisionist defense of Hegel's monarch from the perspective of historical development rationality and non-foundationalism.They try to defend the rational basis of Hegelian constitutional monarchy.However,under Brooks'revelation,Hegelian monarchy must contain a high degree of ability to identify rational necessity,even though Hegelian monarchy argument is defended,it still cannot escape from Marx's critical vision of Contingency.
