摘要
高校扩招政策加速了高职院校数量规模的扩大,而高等职业教育"双高"建设则要求院校关注办学质量。在未来发展中,高职院校将不可避免将发展重心从量的扩张转变为质的提高,而在发展模式转换过程中,院校会面临提高质量和降低成本的双重"约束"。因此,高职院校有必要从质量经济性角度出发,树立教育质量成本理念,引入教育质量成本管理体系,进行学校质量成本的分析与优化,以此促进办学质量和效益的提高。将价值链理论和教育质量成本管理思想相结合,运用层次分析法从外部价值链和内部价值链的视角对高等职业教育质量成本的影响因素进行分析,提出相应的优化改进策略。
The policy of college enrollment expansion has accelerated the expansion of the number and scale of higher vocational colleges,while the construction of"double high"of higher vocational education requires colleges to pay attention to the quality of running schools.In the future development,higher vocational colleges will inevitably change the focus of development from quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement.While in the process of transformation of development mode,colleges will be faced with the double"constraint"of improving quality and reducing cost.Therefore,it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to set up the concept of education quality cost from the perspective of quality economy,introduce the education quality cost management system,analyze and optimize school quality cost,so as to promote the improvement of school quality and efficiency.Combining the value chain theory and education quality cost management thinking,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the influencing factors of higher vocational education quality cost from the perspective of external value chain and the internal value chain,and puts forward the corresponding optimization improvement strategies.
