摘要
目的评价真武汤合小青龙汤加减治疗慢性肺源性心脏病阳虚水泛证患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法此次研究的主要研究对象为2017年1月—2018年12月至该院接受治疗的慢性肺源性心脏病阳虚水泛证患者,总共50例。所有入选的肺心病患者按照字母表排列法平均分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组,每组均录入25例患者。对照组实施常规治疗,实验组实施在常规治疗基础上加用小青龙汤+真武汤加减方进行治疗,结束后对两组患者的临床疗效和心脏指标进行比较。结果该次研究成果显示了采用不同的治疗方式进行治疗后,实验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,实验组患者的治疗总有效率记录为92.00%,其数据优于对照组患者的数据68.00%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.500,P=0.034)。该次研究成果显示,实验组患者的心脏各项指标(LVEDD、FS、LVEF)和对照组相比明显更优,差异有统计学意义(t=5.311、7.056、7.773,P<0.05)。结论将真武汤合小青龙汤加减应用于慢性肺源性心脏病阳虚水泛证患者的治疗中,效果明显优于常规治疗,有助于改善患者的心、肺功能,具有较高的安全性,可以进一步研究和应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhenwu Decoction and Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency.Methods The main subjects of the study were patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency from January 2017 to December2018.All enrolled patients with pulmonary heart disease were divided into two groups according to the alphabetical arrangement,which were control group and experimental group,and 25 patients were enrolled in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction+Zhenwu Decoction on the basis of conven-tional treatment.After the end,the clinical efficacy and cardiac index of the two groups were compared.Results The results of this study showed that after treatment with different treatment methods,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00%,and the data was better than the con-trol group of 68.00%,and the data comparison different was statistically significant(χ~2=4.500,P=0.034).The results of this study showed that the heart index(LVEDD,FS,LVEF)of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(t=5.311,7.056,7.773,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Zhenwu Decoction and Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease with edema syndrome due to Yang deficiency is obviously better than conventional treatment,which helps to improve the heart and lung function of patients,with high safety,which can be fur-ther studied and applied.
