将HRP注入8只家兔肠系膜下节内,观察脊髓内标记的交感节前神经元的位置和分布节段。结果如下:1.标记细胞位于四个核团。中间外侧核本部(ILp)占63.19%,中介核(IC)占19.07%,中介核旁室管膜部(ICpe)占17.57%,中间外侧核侧索部(ILf)占0.17%。2.标记细胞分布在T_(11)—L_(6)八个节段内。其中80.57%集中于L_(2-4),高峰在L_(4)节。3.不同核团标记细胞的节段分布有一定差别。ICpe标记细胞多数集中于L_(1-2)节,高峰在L_(2)节;IC标记细胞多数集中于L_(2-4)节,高峰在L_(3)节;ILp标记细胞多数集中于L_(3-5)节,高峰在L_(4)节;ILf标记细胞全部分布于L_(3-5)节,高峰在L_(5)节。4.各核团的标记细胞越向依侧,ICpe标记细胞比例越大,L1节以上,大部分标记细胞位于ICpe。越向尾侧,ILp标记细胞比例越大。在L_(3)节以下,大部分标记细胞位于ILp。在L_(2)节,IC标记细胞比例最大,向颅侧和尾侧,IC标记细胞比例渐小。5.标记细胞在脊髓内呈双侧分布,两侧分布模式和数量无显著差别。
HRP was injected into the inferior mesenteric ganglia of eight rab-bits to observe the position and the segmental distribution of the la-belled sympathetic preganglionic neurons in the spinal cord.The results were as follows:1.The labelled cells were located in four nuclei:the nucleus intermediolateralis pars principalis(ILp),the nucleus intercalatus(IC),the nucleus intercalatus pars paraependymalis(ICpe)and the nucleus intermediolateralis pars funicularis(ILf).The percentages of labelled cells in these nuclei were as follows:ILp:63.19%,IC:19.07%,ICpe:17.57%and ILf:0.17%2.The labelled cells were distributed continuously in eight spinal segments from T11 to L6,but 80.57%of the total number of them were concentrated in three segments(from L_(2)to L_(4))and the accumulation peak was situated at segment L_(4).3.There were certain differences among the various nuclei in respect to the segmental distribution of the labelled cells.The majority of labelled cells in ICpe were concentrated in L_(1-3)segments with the accumulation peak at L_(2).The majority of labelled cells in IC were concentrated in L_(2-4)segments with the peak at L3.The majority of labelled cells in ILp were concentrated in L 3-5 segments with the peak at L_(4).All of the labelled cells in ILf were found in L_(3-5)segments with the peak at L_(5).4.In various segments,the fractions of labelled cells in each nucleus varied.The more cranially,the greater was the fraction of label-led cells in ICpe.Above L_(1)segment,the majority of labelled cells were found in ICpe.The more caudally,the greater was the fraction of labelled cells in ILp.BeloW L_(3)segment,the majority of labelled cells were located in ILp.The fraction of labelled ceils in IC was the greatest at L_(2)segment and gradually decreased cranially and caudally.5.Labelled cells were distributed bilaterally within the spinal cord.There was no obvious difference between the right and left sides in pattern of distribution of the labelled cells.
