摘要
本研究用脑纤维束剥离、Fink-Heimer和HRP法追踪了猫、狗和人的三叉神经一级传入小脑的纤维。脑纤维束剥离法,用猫、狗和人脑各10个;Fink-Heimer法,用成体猫7只,成体狗3匹,HRP法,用成体猫6只。通过仔细观察综合分析,结论如下:1.猫、狗和人都有三叉神经一级传入纤维进入小脑。该束纤维进入小脑后,一些纤维投射于小脑蚓部Ⅵ、Ⅶ叶,另一些纤维投射于同侧小脑CrⅠ(相当人小脑的上半月叶)和CrⅡp(相当人小脑的下半月叶后部)。並终止于该区皮质的颗粒层内。2.在小脑CrⅠCrⅡp区城内,有三叉神经和迷走神经一级传入纤维的会聚区。这种现象可能为认识小脑参与体躯与内脏传入冲动的整合提供新的形态学资料。
In this study,the methods of fiber dissection of the brain,Fink-Heimer’s silver impregnation and HRP tracing were used.We traced the connections of the primary afferent fibers from the trigeminal nerve to the cerebellum of cats,dogs and human beings.For fiber dissection of the brain,10 human brains,10 dog brains and 10 brains of the cat were used;for Fink-Heimer method,7 adult cats and 3 adult dogs were used;for HRP method,6 adult cats were used.After careful observation and composite analysis,we came to the following conclusions:1.Cats,dogs and human beings all have primary trigeminai afferent fibers to the cerebellum.After entering the cerebellum,some of them ran towards the lobesⅥ,Ⅶof the vermis and others to the lobes of cerebellar curaⅠand cruraⅡp of the same side.They all terminated in the granular layer of the cerebellar cortex.2.There was a convergence of the trigeminal and vagal primary afferent fibers in the cerebellar cruraⅡand cerebellar cruraⅠ.This phenomenon might provide some new morphological data for the confirmation that the cerebellum is concerned with the readjustment of afferent impulses of somatic and visceral nerves.
