柏叶口水库泄洪发电洞挑流消能特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 柏叶口水库泄洪发电洞采用挑流的方式消能,工程建成后,发现建筑物下泄高速水流的实测挑流射程和冲坑深度与按照设计规范计算的结果有一定的出入,造成对岸边坡损坏。对柏叶口水库泄洪发电洞挑流消能特性进行分析,结果表明挑流射程计算偏差的原因是未考虑水流发生自掺气时减阻增速效应和离心惯性力的影响。当泄洪发电洞闸门部分开启水深小流速大时,水体发生自掺气,加之离心惯性力作用,使实际挑流射程大于设计规范计算值。综合考虑两种因素,预测了柏叶口水库泄洪发电洞在正常蓄水位下(1133.0 m)、设计洪水位下(1135.26 m)挑流射程和挑流远端影响线距挑流鼻坎的距离。水位在1133.00~1135.26 m之间,当工作闸门开度为1.0 m时,泄量为99.41~100.85 m^3/s,挑流射程为80.91~84.69 m,比按照设计规范计算的结果增加6.1%~8.1%;当闸门开度不超过2.0 m时,挑流远端影响线距挑流鼻坎距离计算值均大于设计值,随着闸门开度的增加,挑流远端影响线距挑流鼻坎距离计算值约等于设计值。 The spillway power generation tunnel of Baiyekou Reservoir uses trajectory bucket type energy dissipation.After the reservoir was finished,it was found that the measured jet trajectory length distance and the scour hole depth of the flushing pit of the high-speed water flow discharged from the building are different from the calculated results in accordance with the design code,which resulted in the phenomenon of slope damage on the opposite bank.The characteristics of the trajectory bucket type energy dissipation of the spillway power generation tunnel in Baiyekou Reservoir are analyzed in this paper.The result shows that the reason for the deviation in the calculation of the lift distance is that the drag reduction effect and centrifugal inertia force are not considered when the water flow is self-aerated.When the sluice gate of the power generation tunnel partially opens with a small water depth and a large flow rate,the water will be self-aerated,and the centrifugal inertial force will act,making the actual jet trajectory distance greater than the calculated value in the design specification.Taking these two factors into consideration,the distance between the flip bucket and the influence line at the far end of the flip bucket under the normal water level and the designed flood level is predicted.Supposed the water level is between the normal storage level and the designed flood level,when the gate opening is 1.0 m,the discharge capacity is 99.41~100.85 m3/s and the lift distance is 80.91~84.69 m,which is 6.1%~8.1%higher than the calculated result basing on the design specification.When the gate opening is less than 2.0 m,the calculated distance between the impact line at the far end of the overdraft and the flip bucket is greater than the designed value.With the increase of the gate opening,the calculated distance between the impact line at the far end of the overdraft and the flip bucket is approximately equal to the designed value.Keywords:trajectory bucket type energy dissipation,flow aeration effect,iner
