太湖及下游水源地安全评价指标体系和方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 在对太湖及下游水源地调查研究的基础上,遵循科学的原则,从水质水量安全、应急能力安全、管理保障、风险可控四个方面,利用层次分析法构建水源地安全评价指标体系,同时采用定性与定量相结合的评价标准进行打分评级,对太湖及下游水源地的安全评价和保障工作具有较好的指导意义。然后根据构建的评价指标体系,对黄浦江上游金泽水库水源地进行安全评价,发现其存在的主要问题,为该水源地的安全保障提供了重要依据。 On the basis of investigation and research on Taihu Lake and its downstream water source areas,follow the scientific principles and use the analsis hierarchy process to construct a safety evaluation index system of water source areas from the four aspects of water quality and quantity safety,emergency response capability safety,management guarantee,and risk controllable.At the same time,the qualitative and quantitative evaluation standards are used for scoring and rating.It has good guiding significance for the safety evaluation and protection of Taihu Lake and its downstream water source areas.At then,according to the constructed evaluation index system,carry out safety assessment on the water source area of Jinze Reservoir.Its main problem is discovered and the result provides an important basis for the safety guarantee technical measures of the water source area of Jinze Reservoir.
