摘要
介绍了丰满水电站全面治理(重建)工程厂房的厂址布置方案研究、开关站布置型式研究、厂区总体布置、厂房设备布置、尾水建筑物布置、厂房分缝及厂内止水排水布置、厂房基础处理、主要结构布置设计、机组振动研究、厂房钢屋架设计变更以及清水混凝土设计等。厂房设备布置简洁、紧凑,结构布置合理,基础处理措施合适,机组抗振措施有效,清水混凝土方案效果显著。在工程的设计过程中,在结构设计上采取了多项优化措施,开展了多项专题研究,解决了多项技术难题,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,可为其他同类工程设计提供参考和借鉴。
The studies on the layout scheme of the site for powerhouse,the switching station layout pattern,the overall layout of the powerhouse,the arrangement of the equipment in the powerhouse,the layout of the tail-water structures,the joint arrangement of the powerhouse and the layout of the water-stop and drainage inside the powerhouse,the treatment of the powerhouse foundation,the designs of the main structural layout,the hydropower generating unit vibration,the design alteration of the poerhouse steel roof trusses and the design of fair-faced concrete,etc.for the powerhouse of Comprehensive Treatment(reconstruction)Project of Fengman Hydropower Station are introduced herein.The equipment arrangement inside the powerhouse is simple and compact with a reasonable structural arrangement,for which the foundation trteatment measures are appropriate,while the anti-vibration measures for the hydropower units are effective and the effect of the scheme of the fair-faced concrete is significant as well.During the design of the project,several optimal measures are adopted for the structural design and a number of special studies are carried out,from which not only several technical problems are solved,but significant economic and social benefits are also obtained,thus the relevant references can be provided for the design of the other similar projects.
