丰满水电站新坝建设期度汛对老坝稳定的影响分析及对策

摘要 丰满水电站重建工程新坝建设度汛期间,老坝仍需正常挡水运行。由于新坝建设期间水库限制水位运行,当在此期间遭遇洪水时,老坝泄流能力受到影响。同时,由于下游新坝逐年施工到不同高程,新坝建设期度汛期间,老坝下游水位与原正常运行状态相比发生了变化,会对老坝的稳定及应力产生影响。在新坝浇筑到一定高程后,新坝度汛时,新老坝间水位可能高于下游尾水位,需对度汛期间老坝遭遇不同标准洪水时的坝体稳定进行计算,分析影响老坝安全的各种因素,确定新老坝间水位与老坝稳定的关系及影响趋势,对坝基扬压力折减系数变化与坝基抗滑稳定安全度进行敏感性分析,研究最不利的坝基渗流变化条件,正确评价新建工程对原坝的影响,以利原大坝安全监测预警,有针对性地提出相应的对策措施,确保工程安全。 During the construction of the new dam for Fengman Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project in flood season,the old dam is still necessary to operate for the conventional water retaining.Due to the operation of the reservoir under the condition of the limited water level during the construction of the new dam,the discharge capacity of the old dam is affected when flood is encountered during this period.Meanwhile,due to the different raised construction elevations of the downstream new dam with each passing year,the downstream water level of the old dam during the construction of the new dam in flood season changes if compared with its original normal operation status,from which the stability and stress of the old dam are to be affected.After the concrete of the new dam is placed up to a certain elevation,the water level between both the old dam and the new dam is to be possibly higher than the downstream tail-water level during the construction of the new dam in flood season,for which the stabilities of the body of the old dam when it encounters the floods with different frequency are necessary to be calculated,so as to analyze all the factors affecting the safety of the old dam,determine the relationship between the water level between both the old and new dams and the stability of the old dam and its affecting trend,make the sensitivity analyses on the change of the reduction coefficient of the dam foundation uplift pressure and the safety of the dam foundation sliding stability,study the most unfavorable changing conditions of the dam foundation seepage and correctly evaluate the influence from the newly built project on the original dam for facilitating the safety monitoring and early warning of the original dam and putting forward the targetable corresponding countermeasures.
