摘要
随着知识经济的发展,行业知识在现代企业中的地位日益重要,成为了重要的生产要素。传统的水电站在进行数据化建设过程中,偏重于硬件数据化建设,对于知识管理依旧欠缺。随着站点的规模发展以及数据化建设,各类知识信息膨胀,亟须数字化的水电站知识管理平台。文章从实体识别、实体关系抽取等知识图谱算法出发,建立水电站行业知识数据化管理、水电站知识自动化获取以及知识问答智能化交互的水电站知识管理平台。该平台有效地减少了知识文档管理所需的人力,解决了水电站知识管理方面的混乱、陈旧等问题,提高了技术人员查询资料的人性化体验,具有一定的前沿性。
With the development of the knowledge economy,industry knowledge has become increasingly important in modern enterprises and has become an important factor of production.In the process of data-based construction of traditional hydropower stations,they emphasize hardware-based data construction,and still lack knowledge management.With the scale development of sites and the construction of data,various types of knowledge and information expand,and a digital knowledge management platform for hydropower stations is urgently needed.Starting from the knowledge graph algorithm of entity recognition and entity relationship extraction,this paper establishes a hydropower station knowledge management platform for data management of hydropower station industry knowledge,automatic acquisition of hydropower station knowledge,and intelligent interaction of knowledge questions and answers.The platform effectively reduces the human resources of knowledge document management,solves the problems of confusion and obsolescence in the knowledge management of hydropower stations,and improves the humanized experience of technical personnel in querying data,and has a certain frontier.
