摘要
TBM技术在北京冬奥会延庆赛区综合管廊建设中的应用,是国内首例采用TBM技术施工的综合管廊案例,也是北京地区首例TBM应用案例。通过对工程建设条件、平面路由比选、纵坡设计分析、分舱布局创新、标准横断面功能及衬砌结构优化设计和适用性分析,结合工程服务对象重要性,从工期把控、投资规模、施工组织统筹协调性等各个方面分析比选,提出了理论比选结果,并结合工程实际建设,总结了全断面岩石掘进机技术在综合管廊建设中的积极作用、创新和不足。研究成果可以为城市地区盾构法、浅埋暗挖法建设综合管廊提供建设经验。
The technology of full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM) used in the process of the utility tunnel’s construction in Yanqing division of the Beijing 2022 Olympics Winter Games, is the first use of TBM on the utility tunnel’s construction in China, and also the first use of TBM in Beijing. By study on engineering construction conditions, print the alternative route, longitudinal slope design analysis, subdivision layout innovation, standard cross-sectional function, lining structure optimization design, the engineering importance service object, time limit for a project to control, investment scale, construction organization, and so on. This paper puts forward the results of theoretical comparison and selection, and summarizes the positive role, innovation and deficiency of full face rock TBM technology in the utility tunnel. The conclusion could be referred to urban areas of shield method to shallow tunnel excavation method construction comprehensive pipe gallery provided direct construction.
