某流域水电站安全监测智慧化的建设实践与展望 被引量:4

摘要 某水电公司开发建设位于高寒地区的某河流域梯级电站,先后建成投运5座不同类型的水电站,各电站均建立了完备的工程安全监测系统。近几年,该公司为创建水电智慧企业,积极开展了全方位的智慧化建设。其中,安全监测的智慧化建设是智慧企业建设中重要的组成部分。本文通过梳理该公司近几年在智慧安全监测建设方面的工作开展,介绍了该流域电站在智慧安全监测系统整体解决思路方面的探索实践:注重智慧安全监测系统的整体设计,在改造完善旧有监测系统的基础上,搭建了统辖流域各站的智慧安全监测平台,与专业单位和科研院所合作开展了数字化巡视、数据分析工具及健康诊断模型的建设。通过梳理总结了该电站在智慧安全监测建设中取得的工程经验,并对后续工作提出持续创新的设想。可供水电安全监测行业的专家、技术人员参考、探讨。 A hydropower company has developed and constructed a basin hydropower station in a river located in high cold region, and has successively completed and put into operation five different types of hydropower stations. Each hydropower station has established a complete project safety monitoring system. In recent years, the company has actively carried out all-round intelligent construction in order to create a hydropower intelligent enterprise. Among them, the intelligent safety monitoring construction is an important part of the intelligent enterprises construction. By combing the company′s work in the construction of intelligent safety monitoring in recent years, this paper introduces the exploration and practice of the basin hydropower station in the overall solution of the intelligent safety monitoring system: paying attention to the overall design of the intelligent safety monitoring system, and building an intelligent safety monitoring platform for all stations in the basin on the basis of transforming and perfecting the old monitoring system. It has cooperated with professional units and scientific research institutes to carry out the construction of digital inspection, data analysis tools and health diagnosis models. By combing and summarizing the engineering experience of the basin hydropower station in the intelligent safety monitoring construction, and put forward the idea of continuous innovation for the follow-up work. It can be used for reference and discussion by experts and technicians in hydropower safety monitoring industry.
