摘要
从政治性向社会性工作方式的转变是思想政治教育功能实现的重要契机。高校中现有思想政治教育研究性实践机制外在于社会系统,其主体往往游离于社会实践之外,缺乏相应的制度保障和社会资源。实现思想政治教育功能需要嵌入社会结构之中,倚赖全社会共同完善研究性实践机制,培养具有学术与政治高度协调的教师群体,制定以人为本的相关制度,吸引足够的社会资源,真正落实全员育人的理念。
The transformation from political to social working mode is an important opportunity to realize the function of ideological and political education.The existing research practice mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is outside the social system,and its main body often dissociates from the social practice,lacking the corresponding system guarantee and social resources.To realize the function of ideological and political education,it is necessary to embed into the social structure,rely on the whole society to improve the research practice mechanism,cultivate a group of teachers with a high degree of academic and political coordination,formulate the relevant people-oriented system,attract enough social resources,and truly implement the concept of all-round education.
