摘要
在经过基层实际调研,充分了解我国抽水蓄能电站建设期物资抽检执行情况的基础上,本文总结提炼了物资抽检执行过程中普遍存在的一些主要问题,并从主、客观方面分析其成因,揭示了抽水蓄能电站建设过程中应重视和关注的关键点,可为抽水蓄能电站建设单位制定物资抽检制度提供依据和技术支撑。
Some main problems existing in the implementation process of material sampling inspection are summarized and discovered,the causes are analyzed from subjective and objective aspects,and the focuses that should be emphasized and cared during construction of pumped storage power station are revealed in the paper through the actual investigation at the grass-roots level and full understanding of the implementation of material sampling inspection during the construction period of pumped storage power stations in China.Basis and technical support can be provided for the establishment of material sampling inspection system by pumped storage power station construction units.
