Nunavut,home to Inuit for thousands of years,become a territory of Canada in 1905,is the largest and northernmost territory of Canada.The territory gets its name from the Inuktitut word meaning"our land".The vast region extends northwest from Hudson Bay beyond the tree line to the North Pole.The landscape is remarkably diverse.
