摘要
对三个批次的抗氧剂1076的热稳定性进行了测试,并将其分别添加至线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)树脂中进行挤出造粒和注塑,研究了抗氧剂1076的热稳定性差异的原因及其对LLDPE和样片颜色的影响。结果表明:不同批次抗氧剂1076的热稳定性存在差异是因为氧化生成的醌的含量不同,抗氧剂1076的热稳定性越好,改性得到的LLDPE颗粒和样片颜色更佳。
In this paper,the thermal stability of three batches of antioxidant 1076 was tested,and they were added to LLDPE resin for extrusion and injection molding respectively.The reasons for the difference in thermal stability of antioxidant 1076 and its influence on LLDPE(linear low density polyethylene)and sample piece color were studied.The results showed that the thermal stability of different batches of antioxidant 1076 was different due to various quinone contents.The better the thermal stability of antioxidant 1076,the better the color of modified LLDPE particles and sample piece.
