摘要
针对视频监控系统在水泥工厂设备管理中的应用,本文提出了基于视频图像分析来进行皮带断料/堵料检测的技术手段,并以此技术手段为核心进行自动预警,同时结合DCS系统进行联动控制,以保证该技术促进水泥工厂设备管控效率的提高。
In view of the application of video monitoring system in the equipment management of cement plant,this paper puts forward a technical means to detect belt breaking/blocking based on video image analysis,and carries out automatic early warning with this technical means as the core.At the same time,combined with the DCS system,the linkage control is carried out to ensure that the technology can promote the improvement of the equipment management and control efficiency of cement plant.
