摘要
武术对于传承和弘扬民族精神都起到了至关重要的作用,一直以来也深受人们的关注和重视。民族精神对于整个民族而言在其发展与前进的过程中起到了支撑的作用,而如今经济的快速发展使得新一代青少年很容易形成民族精神的淡薄。随着现代武术的普及工作的推进,人们将武术的内涵与民族精神相结合,以及凸显中国武术传承民族精神的特殊性有着更加热切的关注。通过武术教学的有效途径使学生们了解、领悟并且将其发扬光大。
Wushu has played a vital role in national spirit inheritance and promotion,which has been loved and followed by people.The national spirit has played a support role in its development process,while nowadays,the rapid development of economy makes the new generation to ignore the spirit.With the popularization of modern Wushu,people pay more attention on the combination of Wushu connotation and national spirit,and on the specialty of spiritual inheritance thorough Wushu.Through Wushu Teaching,students could understand and develop Wushu better.
