摘要
本文建立了凝胶渗透-负化学电离源质谱法(GPC-NCI/MS)测定水产品中多种农药残留量的方法。样品用乙腈萃取,凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和正丙基乙二胺(PSA)固相萃取净化。在10μg·kg^(-1)加标水平下,多种农药的回收率为71.3%~107.2%,相对标准偏差为2.93%~7.68%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.29~0.87μg·kg^(-1)。该方法能很好地去除基体杂质,目标物选择性好,适合于泥鳅等水产品中多种有机氯和菊酯类农药残留的检测。
A gas chromatography-negative chemical ionization mass spectrometric method has been developed for analyzing many pesticide residues in aquatic product.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,and purified by gel permeation chromatography and n-propyl ethylenediamine solid phase extraction.At a standard addition level of 10μg·kg^(-1,)the recoveries were 71.3%~107.2%and RSD was 2.93%~7.68%.The detection limit(S/N=3)is 0.29~0.87μg·kg^(-1).The method can get rid of matrix impurity interference well,and the target has good selectivity.It is suitable for the determination of multifarious organochlorine and permethrin pesticide residues in loach and other aquatic products.
