摘要 传统园艺育苗采用人工管理方式,人力资源消耗大且不利于规模化种植.设计了以PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)为核心的监控系统,采用PID自整定方式控制储罐液位,实现自动施肥和温湿度控制.上位机、智能网关和PLC通过交换机连接,上位机运行组态王软件,实时监控现场运行状态并利用Access数据库保存数据;智能网关内置Node-RED物联网应用程序,将现场运行数据实时上传至腾讯云平台,用户通过智能手机等移动终端实现对现场的远程监控,摆脱地域限制,有效降低人工成本. Traditional horticultural seedling raising adopts manual experience management,which consumes a lot of human resources and is not conducive to large-scale planting.The monitoring system with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)as the core is designed,and the PID self-tuning method is used to control the tank liquid level to realize automatic fertilization,temperature and humidity control.The upper computer,intelligent gateway and PLC are connected through the switch.The upper computer runs Kingview software to monitor the on-site operation status in real time and save data by using access database;The intelligent gateway has a built-in node red internet of things application to upload the on-site operation data to Tencent cloud platform in real time.Users can realize the remote monitoring of the site through smart phones and other mobile terminals,get rid of regional restrictions and effectively reduce labor costs.
