Ti基储氢合金复合设计与研究

摘要 对Ti基储氢合金Ti_(1.4)V_(0.6)Ni与市售AB_(5)合金,经由机械合金化的手段加以复合设计,将该复相合金制作成镍氢电池的负极片.经过一系列电池性能测试实验发现:混有10wt%AB_(5)合金的模拟电池放电容量最高,且该电池放电特性曲线平缓,表明该电池具有稳定的工作电压;不同放电电流密度情况下,对电池的高倍率放电性能和荷电保持率分别测算比较,混有10wt%AB_(5)合金的电池性能最好;同时探究了不同温度对电池放电性能产生的影响,高温对电池放电性能产生的影响较小,低温对电池放电性能产生的影响较大,从而了解Ti基储氢复相合金电池达到最佳性能应具备的条件. The negative electrode of nickel-metal hydride battery was prepared by mechanical alloying of Ti base hydrogen storage alloy Ti_(1.4)V_(0.6)Ni and commercial alloy AB_(5).After a series of battery performance tests,it was found that the simulated battery mixed with 10wt%AB_(5) alloy had the highest discharge capacity;The flat discharge characteristic curve indicates that the battery has a stable working voltage,and the median of the voltage platform is found,that is,the working voltage of the battery.Under the condition of different discharge current density,the high rate discharge performance and charge retention rate of the battery were calculated and compared,and the battery with 10wt%AB_(5) alloy had the best performance.At the same time,the effect of different temperature on the discharge performance of the battery was explored,high temperature has little impact on the discharge performance of the battery,low temperature has a greater impact on the discharge performance of the battery,so as to understand the conditions that the Ti-based hydrogen storage complex alloy battery should have to achieve the best performance.
