摘要
本文探讨了父母养育倦怠与其低头行为的关系及父母关爱和亲子冲突在此关系间的中介作用。本文对381名初中生及其父亲或母亲进行问卷调查,父母完成简式养育倦怠量表,初中生完成父母低头行为量表、父母养育方式量表和亲子冲突问卷。结果发现,父母养育倦怠与父母低头行为正相关;父母关爱在养育倦怠和父母低头行为间起中介作用;父母关爱与亲子冲突在养育倦怠和父母低头行为间起链式中介作用。本研究结果表明,父母养育倦怠通过降低养育质量、增加亲子冲突,进而加剧父母的低头行为。本文揭示了初中生父母的养育倦怠影响父母低头行为的作用机制,有助于父母改变不良教养方式,减少低头行为,这对家长本身及子女的身心健康都具有重要意义。
The aim of the present research was to explore the relationship between parental burnout and phubbingin junior high school students and the mediating role of parental care and parent-child conflict among this relationship.Questionnaires were administered to 381 junior high school students and their parents.Parents completed the short version of the Parental Burnout Assessment and junior high school students completed the Parents Phubbing Scale,the Parental Bonding Instrument and the Parent-Child Conflict Questionnaire.The results showed that:(1)Parental burnout was positively correlated with parental phubbing.(2)Parental care mediated the relationship between parental burnout and parental phubbing.(3)Parental care and parent-child conflict play a chain mediating role between parental burnout and parental phubbing.Parental burnout can promote parental phubbing by decreasing parenting quality and increasing parentchild conflict.This study reveals the mechanism of parental burnout of junior high school parents affecting parental phubbing,and helps parents improve poor parenting styles and reduce their phubbing.Therefore,the research is of great implication both for improving the physical and mental health of parents themselves and their children.
