摘要
自2019年12月以来,新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎迅速爆发,以湖北武汉为中心,辐射全国各省市,如今已席卷全球100多个国家和地区。新型冠状病毒肺炎潜伏期长,传染性强,传播范围广,可引起急性呼吸窘迫及多脏器功能衰竭,甚至危及生命。全科医生作为"健康中国"战略的执行者,居民健康的"守门人",在国家医疗体系及公共卫生健康中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本研究从首诊负责、转诊的执行、健康教育与促进及社区综合管理等方面探讨全科医生在新型冠状病毒肺炎防控中可能发挥的作用。在新型冠状病毒肺炎防控中,社区医院应建立首诊负责制度,社区医院和科室首诊责任按照医师首诊责任执行;全科医生可通过对社区人群健康管理,了解并掌握其动态信息,筛选高风险疑似人群;开展新型冠状病毒肺炎相关的社区健康教育工作,提高居民预防意识;并在日常诊疗中,做好新型冠状病毒肺炎患者初步诊治和转诊工作,做好广大人群的健康教育与促进工作,将有效控制疾病的扩散与蔓延,提高救治成功率,节约医疗资源,减轻经济和医疗负担。
Since December 2019,pneumonia infected by the corona virus disease 2019 has rapidly erupted,centering on Wuhan,Hubei,and radiating all provinces and cities across the country.Now it has swept more than 100 countries and regions around the world.The pneumonia of the corona virus disease 2019 has a long incubation period,strong infectivity,and wide spread.It can cause acute respiratory distress and multiple organ failure,and even life-threatening.General practitioners,as the executors of the"Healthy China"strategy and the"gatekeepers"of residents’health,are playing an increasingly important role in the national medical system and public health.This article discusses the possible role of general practitioners in the prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019 in terms of the responsibility of the first consultation,the implementation of referrals,health education and promotion,and comprehensive community management.In the corona virus disease 2019 prevention and control,the community hospital should establish the first diagnosis responsibility system,and the first diagnosis responsibility of the community hospital and related departments should be carried out according to the doctor’s first diagnosis responsibility.General practitioners can understand and grasp the dynamic information of community health management,and screen high-risk suspected population.Corona virus disease 2019 related health education should be carried out in the community to enhance awareness of prevention.In routine diagnosis and treatment,the initial diagnosis and referral of corona virus disease 2019 patients should be done,and health education and promotion work for the majority of people should be done.It will effectively control the spread and spread of the disease,improve the success rate of treatment,save medical resources,and reduce the economic and medical burden.
