摘要
目的探讨围术期采用人文关怀结合音乐疗法对缓解手术患者焦虑情绪的效果。方法本研究采用随机对照试验设计,将2022年10月—2023年4月收治的100例手术患者随机分为对照组与实验组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上接受人文关怀结合音乐疗法。对比两组干预前后焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、手术恐惧问卷(surgical fear questionnaire,SFQ)评分、生命体征指标、心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)评分,比较两组患者满意度。结果干预后实验组SAS、SFQ评分低于对照组及干预前(P<0.05);干预后实验组心理弹性量表乐观、坚韧、自强评分明显高于对照组及干预前(P<0.05);两组干预前收缩压、心率相比无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后实验组收缩压、心率波动范围明显小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前人文关怀结合音乐疗法可以为手术患者提供更加细致入微地关怀和更优质的护理,降低患者对手术的恐惧程度,从而缓解患者的焦虑情绪,稳定术前生命体征,提高其心理弹性水平,使其更乐观、坚强地面对手术,同时也提升了患者对护理人员的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative humanistic care combined with music therapy on relieving the anxiety of surgical patients.Methods A randomized controlled trial design was used in this study.100 surgical patients admitted from October 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received humanistic care combined with music therapy on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Fear of Surgery Questionnaire(SFQ),vital signs index and Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of patients was compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SFQ scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group and before the intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of optimism,tenacity and self-strengthening of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group and before intervention(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure and heart rate had no significant differences between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the fluctuation ranges of systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the experimental group were significantly smaller than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Before surgery,the application of humanistic care combined with music therapy can provide surgical patients with more nuanced care and better nursing,reduce their fear of surgery,relieve their anxiety,stabilize their preoperative vital signs,improve their psychological resilience,and make them more optimistic and strong in the face of surgery.It also improves patient satisfaction with nursing staff.
