摘要
美国是世界上最早开发石油资源并进行炼油销售的国家,经过100多年的发展,美国油品零售行业已经发展健全,成为油气产业链至关重要的环节。通过系统性分析、梳理以及与中国同行业比较,美国油品零售行业在战略选择、资金使用、运营方式、品牌定位、运作效率等方面优势明显。本文一方面为全球其他区域的油品零售企业提供值得借鉴的经验,另一方面也为进入美国油品零售行业提供了选择方向。
The United States is the first country in the world to develope oil resources and to refine oil for sale.After more than 100 years of development,the US oil retail industry has developed and become a vital link in the oil and gas industry value chain.Through systematic analysis and comparisons with the Chinese oil and gas industry,the US oil retail industry has relative advantages in terms of strategic positioning,capital allocations,operation mode,branding,and efficiency.On the one hand,this paper summarizes valuable experience for gas station retailers in other regions of the globe,on the other hand,this paper provides certain choices for entering the US gas station retail industry.
