摘要
管线管的生产过程中可能出现各种质量问题,会对产品质量和项目进度造成影响。为达到质量风险预警的目的,根据近年来监理报告中反馈的问题,对钢管制造企业在生产过程中出现的质量问题进行统计分析,结果表明,制管和检验环节出现的质量问题较少,但外观和涂层环节的质量缺陷是多数企业普遍存在的问题。指出制管企业应提高外观、防腐环节的质量控制意识,优化监造方案,做好钢管生产全流程质量控制。
Various quality problems may occur in the production of line pipes,which may affect the project schedule.In order to achieve the purpose of early warning of quality risks,based on the feedback in the TPI reports in recent years,a statistical analysis of the quality problems in the production process of steel pipe manufacturing factory has been carried out.The results show that there are fewer quality problems in the pipe manufacturing and inspection,but the quality defects in the appearance and coating are common problems in most factory.It is pointed out that manufacturers should improve the quality control awareness of appearance and anti-corrosion,optimize the supervision plan,and the whole steel pipe production process quality control.
