摘要
改革开放后我国高校教育事业得到了快速发展,但在传统教育观念影响下,高校大学生的教育管理也出现了很多问题。当前高校教育管理正面临新的改革,需要培养大学生的创新精神。大学生教育管理中要贯彻创新教育理念,改进传统教育管理模式,培养大学生的综合素质。本文首先阐述了创新教育理念的内涵,探讨了创新教育与大学生教育管理的关系,之后分析了高校大学生教育管理中存在的问题,最后提出了基于创新教育理念的大学生教育管理对策。
After the reform and opening up,higher education has rapidly developed.However,college students’educational management also occurred many problems under the influence of traditional education concept.Nowadays,college educational management is facing new reform,which calls for the cultivation of college students’innovation spirit.That is,the educational management of college students should implement innovative educational concept,improve traditional education management mode,and cultivate the comprehensive quality of college students.The paper firstly expounded the connotation of innovative education concept and its relationship with college student education management,and then analyzed existing problems.At last,the paper proposed the management strategies based on innovative educational concept.
