摘要
为了对“工学交替”“顶岗实习”模式下校企管理制度融合对接情况有深入的了解,本文从校企合作的交替管理机制、高职学生顶岗实习保障机制、工学交替顶岗实习思想政治教育三个方面对其进行论述,希望能够进一步推动校企合作发展,完善校企合作管理机制,使学生能够在学习中获得最大效益。
In order to acquire a deep insight into the integration and alignment of school-enterprise management systems under the models of“alternating work and study”and“on-the-job internship”,this paper expounded from three aspects,that was,the alternating management mechanism within school-enterprise cooperation,the safeguard mechanism for on-the-job internships for students in higher vocational education,and the ideological and political education during periods of alternating work and study and on-the-job internships.It was hoped that this discussion would further promote the development of school-enterprise cooperation,refine the management mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and ensure that students attain the maximum benefit from their learning experiences.
