泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 为评价泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能的影响因素,利用振动成型方法,开展不同影响因素下泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的劈裂、无侧限抗压强度、Overlay Test试验,分析了沥青用量、级配类型、水泥用量对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料力学性能的影响。结果表明:一定范围内,水泥用量、级配类型对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的劈裂强度和抗压强度影响明显高于沥青用量;在抗裂能力影响方面,沥青用量和级配类型高于水泥用量,水泥掺加与否对混合料初始加载周期的荷载峰值并没有显著性影响;水泥对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的路用性能具有重要影响,但实际应用中应着重避免过多水泥造成开裂风险,在保证水泥用量的同时应考虑通过控制泡沫沥青用量来实现更高的路用性能和寿命。 To evaluate the influencing factors on the mechanical performance of foam asphalt cold recycling mixtures,with the vibration forming method,this paper conducts the splitting test,unconfined compressive strength test,and overlay test to analyze the influences of the asphalt dosage,gradation type,and cement dosage on the mechanical performance of the foam asphalt cold recycling mixture.The results show that in a certain range,the cement dosage and the gradation type have higher influences on the splitting strength and compressive strength of the foam asphalt cold recycling mixture than the asphalt dosage.In terms of the influence on the crack resistance,the asphalt dosage and the gradation type are higher than the cement dosage,and the cement has no significant influence on the load peak value of the initial loading cycle of the mixture.The cement has an important influence on the road performance of the foam asphalt cold recycling mixture,however,too much cement could cause the risk of cracking,which should be avoided in practical application.While ensuring the cement dosage,the control of the content of foam asphalt should be considered to achieve higher road performance and service life.
