摘要
设置NaCl溶液浓度为0.2%、0.4%、0.8%、1.4%,研究不同浓度盐胁迫对早熟禾种子出芽率、叶绿素的影响。结果表明,0.2%NaCl、0.4%NaCl溶液有利于早熟禾种子萌发及幼芽生长,其发芽率分别为30%、48%,幼芽高度分别为5.0 cm、6.2 cm。早熟禾种子在小于0.4%浓度NaCl胁迫下可以正常发芽,在大于0.4%浓度NaCl胁迫下发芽情况较差。从幼芽叶绿素含量来看,不同浓度NaCl胁迫下,早熟禾种子幼苗叶绿素含量均低于对照,且叶绿素含量随NaCl溶液浓度的升高而降低。
4 treatments were set with NaCl solution concentrations of 0.2%,0.4%,0.8%and 1.4%to study the effects of different concentrations of salt stress on the seeds germination and young buds chlorophyll content of Poa annua.The results showed that 0.2%NaCl and 0.4%NaCl solutions were beneficial for the germination and young buds growth of Poa annua seeds,with germination rates of 30%,48%and shoot heights of 5.0 cm,6.2 cm.Poa annua seeds could germinate normally under NaCl stress at concentrations less than 0.4%,while germination was poor under NaCl stress at concentrations greater than 0.4%.From the perspective of chlorophyll content in young buds,the chlorophyll content in the young buds of Poa annua seeds under different concentrations of NaCl stress was lower than that of the control,and the chlorophyll content decreased with the increase of NaCl solution concentration.
