摘要
为评价热脱附-气相色谱-质谱法测定标准样品管中四氯乙烷浓度的准确性,建立四氯乙烷标准样品管发生气体浓度的热脱附-气相色谱-质谱测定方法,并依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB/T27418-2017《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对该方法进行不确定度评定。结果表明,在各不确定度分量量值中,从标准曲线求吸收液含量、标准使用液配制、测定结果重复性、采样体积是测量过程中不确定度的主要来源。其中对测量结果不确定度贡献最大的是测定结果重复性引入的不确定度,其次是采样体积引入的不确定度。当置信概率P=95%时,包含因子k=2,四氯乙烷标准样品管发生的气体浓度的相对扩展不确定度为7.0%。
To evaluate the accuracy of the determination of tetrachloroethane concentration in standard tube by TD-GC-MS,the detection method of gas concentration in tetrachloroethane standard tube was established.According to JJF1059.1-2012 evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty and GB/T 27418-2017 evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty,the uncertainty of the detection method was evaluated.The main sources of uncertainty in the measurement process are the content of absorption solution from standard curve,preparation of standard solution,repeatability of measurement result and sampling volume.The most important contribution to the uncertainty of measurement results is the uncertainty introduced by repeatability of measurement result,the second is the uncertainty introduced by sampling volume.When the confidence probability P=95%,the inclusion factor k=2,the relative expanded uncertainty of the gas concentration in the tetrachloroethane standard tube is 7.0%.
