摘要
该文阐述了在国家A类比对《力标准机中小力值计量比对2020-A-05》比对过程及结果评价中主导实验室提出力标准机量值复现形式的差异对比对结果的影响。以两种试验方法及程序分析不同力标准机量值复现形式比对结果相对扩展不确定度,说明传递标准在力标准机上测量结果的复现性除了与力传感器的旋转效应的特性有关,还与力标准机力的引入方式和工作状态等有关。主导实验室通过对比对试验结果的分析量化力标准机量值复现形式差异带来的寄生分量及在该分量作用下的比对试验程序及评价方法,以确保获得稳定和准确的比对试验数据。
This document pointed out that the leading laboratory finished the national A comparison“Comparison of Small and Medium Force Standard Machine 2020-A-05”.During this comparison and evaluation of results,proposed the effect of comparison results from the difference reproduction type of force standard machine.Analyzed the evaluation method of uncertainty of the comparison results in the difference reproduction type of force standard machine,which showed that the reproducibility of the measurement results of the communicable standard on the force standard machine is not only related to the characteristics of the rotation effect,but also related to the force introduction mode and working state of the force standard machine.Under the action of parasitic components caused by differences in reproduction type,the leading laboratory qua ntified parasitic components,formulates standardized comparison test procedures and evaluation methods to ensure stable and accurate comparison test data.
