基于SCIEX Triple QuadTM 3500 LC-MS/MS系统对自来水中12种卤代羧酸定量分析

摘要 建立液相色谱-质谱联用法测定水中12种卤乙酸的方法。采用聚醚砜(PES)滤器过滤水样,ACQUITY UPLC^(®)HSS T3色谱柱(粒径1.8μm,100mm×3.0mm)色谱柱进行分离,质谱仪进行检测,特征离子进行定量,并对色谱柱类型、流动相体系以及pH进行讨论,确定最佳色谱条件。在优化条件下,12种卤乙酸的线性相关系数均达到0.999,相对标准偏差、加标回收率及检出限均表现优异,能适用于大样本的高通量检测。 The method of measuring 12 halacetic acid in water by liquid chromatography and mass spectrum is established.The polyether sulfone(PES)filter,the ACQUITY UPLC® HSS T3 column(particle size 1.8μm,100mm×3.0mm)column were separated,the mass spectrometer was quantified,the column type,mobile phase system and pH were discussed,and the optimal chromatographic conditions were determined.Under the optimized conditions,the linear correlation coefficient of 12 haloacetic acids reached 0.999,and the relative standard deviation,spike recovery rate and detection limit were excellent,which can be suitable for high-throughput detection of large samples.
