摘要
苯乙烯是一种重要的有机原料,下游产品丰富。根据市场需求,需要提高生产负荷时,新上一套苯乙烯装置投资巨大,而在现有装置的基础上进行扩能改造,提升产量,则是最经济的选择。针对国内某厂120 kt/a苯乙烯装置扩能项目,进行瓶颈脱除分析,并给出具体设备的核算。扩能改造后,水比降低,达到了节能的目的;苯乙烯产量提升至原产量的120%,效益提升明显。
Styrene is an important organic raw material,with abundant downstream products.When the production load needs to be increased according to the market demand,the investment in the new set of styrene devices is huge.So the most economical choice is to renovate the existing equipment and improve the output.This paper carries out the bottleneck removal analysis for the capacity expansion renovation of a 120 kt/a styrene unit in a domestic factory,and will calculate the specific equipment.After analysis and calculation,the equipment finally determined to be modified are the main condenser and the ethyl-benzene evaporator,and a new deep cooler should be added at the entrance of the tail gas compressor to solve the problem of insufficient operating load of the compressor.After the renovation,the styrene capacity can be increased to 120%of the original,and the efficiency will be improved significantly.
